The Caruso Audit Log provides a live record of all high-risk data changes across both the Admin App and Investor Portal.

It enables full visibility of activity for compliance, security, and operational review.

The audit log will continue to expand over time to capture additional actions and user events.

Viewing Events

Admin App users can access the global Audit Log at any time.

You can:

  • Use filters to search for specific events, such as changes made by a particular admin user.

  • Apply the Modified by filter to view all actions performed by a specific teammate.

Reporting

To download a full history of audit events:

  • In the navigation pane, select Reports

  • From the Report dropdown, select Audit Log

  • Use the calendar field to select a Time Range (this step is required)

  • Click Download to generate the report

The exported CSV file includes detailed columns such as:

  • Review activity by date range, user, or IP address

  • Identify high-risk actions, such as investor impersonation, role changes, bank account updates, or allocation approvals

Tip: Use spreadsheet filters to analyse data by category, user, entity, or action type for your audit or compliance needs.
