The Background Agents dashboard
Open Dashboards in the Manager Console and select Background Agents, next to Business Activity.
The dashboard loads, then its charts animate in.
Key tiles: Time Saved, Jobs Handled, Done End to End, Waiting for Your Team, Working Days Saved and Busiest Day.
Below the tiles: time saved over time, and your top 8 agents by time saved.
Hover a chart point or an agent row to see its detail.
Click Download PDF to export the dashboard for the period shown.
The Automations page
The Automations page focuses on what agents are doing now and what they did recently: Running now at the top, then a recent work feed.
Time-saved figures are no longer on the Automations page — they live on the dashboard. Use View dashboard to open it.
The monthly report
Each calendar month, the Manager Console produces a short Automations report: time saved that month with the change from last month, the jobs agents handled without the team, the top agents behind the time saved, and a closing slide with your logo.
Download PDF gives the dashboard PDF for that month.
A monthly email sends the report to you.
