You can update your password in two ways, depending on whether you can log in to the Investor Portal or if you have forgotten your password.
Password Tip: Please make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long, and includes a capital letter, a lowercase letter, and a number for security.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Visit the login page of your fund manager’s portal.
Click Forgotten Password.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Step 3: Reset Your Password
Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Step 1: Go to Account Preferences
Step 2: Change Your Password
In the Account Preferences section, go to Account Security.
Click Change Password.
Step 3: Confirm the Change
Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Troubleshooting:
If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the same email address that is registered with your Investor Portal account
If you still cannot find the email, contact your fund manager for support
