Once all related parties in a structure have been added to an investing entity (see Creating and Managing Related Parties for detailed steps), you can perform the following actions to manage their verification status.
Step 1: Send a Verification Request
Click the ellipsis (...) icon next to the related party on the right-hand side
Select Edit to open the related party’s details
Carefully check the mobile number and email address, as the verification request will be sent via both text message and email
Step 2: Monitor Verification Status
After sending the request, you can monitor the verification status of each related party under the KYC tab
To do this:
In the navigation pane, select Related Parties
Search for the related party and click into their record to view their status
What To Do If Contact Details Are Missing
If contact details are not available for a related party, you can request them from the account owner
In the navigation pane, select Investing Entities
Choose the relevant investing entity and open the Related Parties tab
Click Request All Contact Details
Confirm to send an email to the account owner, prompting them to provide the required information
