As a fund manager, you can create investing entities on behalf of your investors within the Admin app.

Step 1: Locate the Account

  • In the navigation pane, under the Investors tab, select Accounts.

  • Use the search bar or filters at the top to find and select the required account.

Step 2: Access Investing Entities

  • Inside the account, go to the Investing Entities tab.

  • Any existing investing entities will be listed here.

  • Click Add Investing Entity.

  • Select the type of entity you wish to create.

Step 3: Enter Entity Details

  • Complete the entity form page by entering:

    • Company details

    • Payment details

    • Tax details

    • Nature and purpose of the investment

  • Once finished, click Create to finalise the addition.

The newly created investing entity will be accessible in both the Admin app and the Investor Portal.

Tip: Accounts with access to the Investor Portal can also create new or additional investing entities directly within the portal. For guidance, see Add an Investing Entity on the Investor Portal.
