Caruso’s real-time status page provides up-to-date information on the current state of both the Admin App and the Investor Portal.
How to Access the Status Page
To check the current status:
Navigate to the Caruso Help site or follow the following link.
Click Caruso Status in the upper-right corner of the banner
From the status page you can:
View a summary of the current operational status for all Caruso services
See a 90-day history of service uptime, with colour coding for any incidents
Review the current status by service for each monitored component, including uptime percentages.
Maintenance and Previous Incidents
Open the Maintenance tab to check upcoming or past maintenance. If no maintenance is planned, it will display “No maintenance”
Open the Previous incidents tab to review historical incidents and resolutions for greater transparency
Get Status Updates
On the status page, click Get updates
Enter your email address and follow the prompts to subscribe
You’ll receive instant alerts whenever Caruso creates, updates, or resolves an incident

Bookmark the status page for easy reference to Caruso service status.
Subscribe for updates to ensure you’re always informed about maintenance or incidents.
