Caruso’s Secondary Market feature enables investors to unlock liquidity and diversify their portfolios. If your fund manager has enabled this feature, you can view active listings and place bids directly in the Investor Portal.

Step 1: Access and View Secondary Market Listings

  • Log in to the Investor Portal

  • Go to the Trade tab to view all available secondary market listings

  • Browse the list of active opportunities

  • Click View to see more details about a specific listing, including fund information and key metrics

Step 2: Place a Bid

  • On the listing’s detail page, enter your bid amount

  • Click Continue

  • Review your order carefully, then click Confirm

Order Review and Next Steps

  • Your buy order will be reviewed by your fund manager

  • If your bid is successful, the fund manager will contact you with next steps

  • Your submitted bid will also appear in the Orders tab

Points to Remember

  • Your bid applies to all advertised units in the listing

  • To withdraw a bid, or if you need more information, please contact your fund manager

If you have any questions or need help at any stage, please contact your fund manager for support.
