The Investor Portal allows you to submit redemption requests directly to your fund manager. Follow the steps below to complete your request.
Step 1: Select the Investing Entity and Fund
Ensure you have selected the correct investing entity. If you are unsure how to do this, please refer to this guide: How to Switch Between Investing Entities.
Navigate to the Portfolio tab.
Scroll down and click View next to the fund you wish to redeem units from.
Step 2: Start a Redemption Request
Step 3: Enter Redemption Details
In the redemption request modal, enter the number of units you wish to redeem
Review the order value carefully to ensure all details are correct
Click Confirm to submit your redemption request
What Happens Next
You can track the progress of your request in the Orders view.
Your fund manager will review your application and may contact you for more information or to discuss next steps
