  • In the navigation pane, select Reports

  • Select the report date representing the end of the quarter you are reporting on (e.g. 31 December 2024 for Q4)

Step 2: Upload Report to File Converter

  • In the navigation pane, select File Converter.

  • In the File Converter section, select the QTFN Converter from the dropdown

  • Upload the downloaded All Holdings Report

Note: If you do not see QTFN Converter as an option, please contact Caruso Support via live chat for assistance.

    • If your Supplier ABN is the same as the Fund ABN (stored on Caruso as Fund - Registration Number), simply select the check box to auto-populate this field in each tile.

  • Supplier Contact Details

    • Please complete the remaining supplier details. These will be included in each submission file.

  • After completing the fields, click Download files.

  • The submission package will be downloaded as a ZIP file.
