Step 1: Access Your Investing Entity
Log in to the Investor Portal.
Click on the name of your investing entity from your dashboard.
Click Update Entity Settings
Step 2: Add a Wholesale Certificate
Go to the Certificates tab
Download a pre-templated certification to edit: click Download Wholesale Investor Certification
Fill in the details as required
Step 3: Upload Your Document
Upload your signed wholesale certificate document.
Click Submit to complete the upload
Step 4: Submit for Review
Once submitted, your fund manager will be notified to review and verify the document.
Note: Once a certificate has been uploaded, it cannot be changed in the portal. If a certificate is expired or invalid, or if you need to replace it for any reason, please contact your fund manager. Certificates must be current in order to invest in certain opportunities.
