Caruso makes it easy for investors to securely access their fund manager's Investor Portal. Just follow the steps below to create your account and complete your profile.
Step 1: Locate the Investor Portal
If your fund manager uses Caruso, look for an Investor Portal or a similar option on their website to begin the process. If you do not see this option, reach out to your fund manager directly. They can provide guidance or send you a link to set up your account.
Step 2: Choose Your Account Type
At the top of the create account page, select whether you are creating an account as an investor or an adviser:
I'm an investor - select this if you are investing on your own behalf or for your own entities.
I'm an adviser - select this if you are acting on behalf of your clients. You will be asked for your adviser details as part of sign up.
Step 3: Start Your Account Creation
Enter your:
Legal first name
Legal last name
Email address
Phone number (now required, used by your fund manager to contact you about your investment)
Password (Create a strong password using at least 6 characters, including one number and one uppercase letter. Make sure this password is unique and not shared with any other service.)
Tick the box to agree to the relevant Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then select Create account.
Step 4: Access Your Investor Portal
Once you select Create account, you are taken straight to your Investor Portal home. If you do not have any holdings yet, the home page shows you how to get started:
Browse current capital raises - explore opportunities that are open for investment now.
Browse the secondary market - buy holdings listed for sale by other investors.
Get ready to invest - set up an investing entity so you are ready to invest in new opportunities.
Get in touch - contact your fund manager about access to an existing entity or upcoming opportunities.
Reminder: Be sure to confirm your email. Click the notification symbol in your portal and follow the prompts if you have not done so already.
Note: For your security, the Investor Portal uses two-factor authentication (2FA). Each time you log in, a 6-digit code is sent to your email address, which you enter to complete sign in. You can select Remember me for 14 days on a trusted device to log in less often. For more detail, see Logging in to the Investor Portal with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
