The Investor Portal allows you to submit applications for new investment opportunities made available by your fund manager. Follow the steps below to complete your application.
Tips for a Smooth Application
Prepare your documents: Have your ID and entity documentation ready before you start.
Check your investment amount: Confirm whether to enter a dollar amount or number of units.
Track your status: After you apply, you can monitor your application’s status in the Orders view.
Getting Started
Accessing Your Investment Opportunity
You may receive a direct application link from your fund manager that takes you straight to the data room and digital application form. Click the link to begin your application.
If you already have portal access, you can also discover and apply for opportunities directly through the Investor Portal.
Step 1: Log In or Create Your Account

Step 2: Select Your Investing Entity or Set Up
If you already have an investing entity set up, simply select who you are applying on behalf of

Step 3: Complete the Investment Application
Enter your desired investment amount and corresponding number of units
Carefully review all information provided
When ready, click Continue
Step 4: Review and Submit
Review your investment details on the summary page
Take a moment to read the offer terms and conditions, as they contain important information about your investment.
Once everything is correct, click Confirm to finalise and submit your application
What Happens Next
You can monitor your request in the Orders view on the Investor portal
Your fund manager will review your application and may request additional information
Look out for email notifications, including capital call instructions, deposit receipts and unit issuance notices. If application is approved, funds are received, and units are issued, your holding will appear in the Investor Portal with a record of capital committed and capital contributed.
