How to add or edit bank accounts in the Investor Portal

As an investor, you can manage bank accounts linked to your investing entity directly in the Investor Portal. Follow the steps below to add a new account or edit an existing one.


Step 1: Access Entity Settings

  • Click your name in the top-right corner of the portal

  • Select Update Entity Settings


Step 2: Go to Bank Accounts

  • Click the Bank Accounts tab


Step 3: Add a Bank Account

  • Click Add Bank Account

  • Fill in the required details in the dialogue box

  • Click Add Bank Account to save


Edit a Bank Account Nickname

  • Locate the bank account you wish to update

  • Click the ellipsis (...) next to the account and select Edit

  • Update the nickname to make it easier to identify if you have multiple bank accounts

  • Click Confirm to save your changes

Note: Only the nickname can be changed. Other details, such as account number or bank name, must be updated by contacting your fund manager.


What Happens Next

  • The bank account will remain in pending status while the fund manager reviews it, and they may contact you if further information is required before verifying or declining the change
