You can easily create and manage accounts in the Caruso Admin app by following these steps.
Step 1: Create a Prospect
In the navigation pane, select Accounts
Click Create Prospect on the top right
The following details must be added for the prospect to be created and later converted into an account:
Legal first name
Legal last name
Email (must be unique and not already linked to any existing account)
Address
Phone number
Note:Creating a prospect allows for efficient lead management and lays the foundation for investor acquisition.
Step 2: Convert a Prospect to an Account
After adding a prospect, select the relevant prospect from the list.
Click the ellipses (...) icon, select Convert to Account, and then click Confirm.
An Account will now be created.
Step 3: Invite an Account to the Investor Portal
Once an account has been created, you can invite the investor to the Investor Portal by sending them an activation email. This email will prompt them to set a password and activate their access.
Select the relevant account from the list
Click the ellipsis (three dots) icon, or go to the sidebar and select Account > Details
Click Send account activation email and confirm
An activation email will then be sent to the email address associated with the account.
