Tags in Caruso provide an efficient way to categorise and manage your investor base. Super Admins can create, edit, or delete tags, allowing teammates to apply these tags to relevant accounts and investing entities.
Step 1: Add Tags to an Account
In the navigation pane, select Accounts
Navigate to the specific account.
From the banner, click Add Tags.
Step 2: Apply or Create Tags
View and apply existing tags, or create a new tag by typing the tag name and selecting Add.
Edit or Delete Tags
Click Manage tags to edit or delete existing tags.
Any changes made will automatically apply to all accounts using that tag.
Filter Accounts by Tags
Go to the Accounts module.
Use the Tags filter to display only accounts with selected tags
Using Tags in Reports
Tags can also be used in reporting to help you analyse and group accounts efficiently.
To create a report:
Go to the Reports section from the navigation bar.
Select the All Accounts report.
Click Download to export the data.
Once downloaded, you can filter or sort accounts by tag to view related groups, such as VIP investors or accounts pending verification. This makes it easier to review portfolio values, identify trends, and track engagement across specific account types.
