Using the Capital Raise Status Dashboard

Track a capital raise's book build, conversion and expression of interest pipeline from one dashboard.

Written by Rupin Kulkarni

The Capital Raise Status dashboard gives you a live view of a single capital raise. It shows how much has been expressed and converted, how the book has built over time, and where each expression of interest (EOI) sits in your pipeline.

Note: Dashboards are a new area of the Manager Console. Capital Raise Status is the first dashboard available, and more are coming soon.

Opening the dashboard

  • In the navigation pane, select Dashboards

  • The Capital Raise Status dashboard opens

  • To switch dashboards later, click the arrow next to the dashboard name and select one from the list

Filtering the dashboard

Two filters sit at the top of the dashboard:

  • Capital raise: Select the raise you want to view. The dashboard opens on your newest open raise by default.

  • EOI owner: Narrow the figures to EOIs owned by one or more team members. Leave it blank to include every owner.

Every figure and chart updates to match your selection. Changing the capital raise clears the EOI owner filter.

The Data as at stamp in the top right shows when the figures were last refreshed.

Understanding the figures

Summary tiles

  • Total expressed: The total value of EOIs for the raise, with the number of EOIs

  • Total converted: The value of EOIs that have become applications, with the number of linked applications

  • Conversion rate: Total converted divided by total expressed

  • Remaining: The expressed value not yet converted

  • Active EOIs: EOIs still in play, with the count of closed-lost and cancelled EOIs shown beneath

  • Average EOI size: Total expressed divided by the number of EOIs

Book build-up over time

This chart shows cumulative expressed and converted amounts across the life of the raise, by the date each EOI was received. Hover over the chart to see the figures for a specific day.

Pipeline by stage

This chart shows the expressed value and number of EOIs at each of the nine stages: Identified, Contacted, Qualified, Soft-Commit, Hard-Commit, Application Submitted, Closed - Invested, Closed - Lost and Cancelled. Hover over a stage to see its full amount.

Tip: Keep EOI stages up to date on the capital raise so the pipeline reflects where each investor really is.

Downloading the dashboard as a PDF

  • Select the capital raise and any EOI owners you want to include

  • Click Download PDF

The PDF is a single landscape page showing your logo, the filters you applied, and the Data as at time.

Note: Download PDF is only available once a capital raise is selected.
