You can add a note to an allocation in two ways.

Option 1: When Creating an Allocation

  • Navigate to Registry, then Capital Raise.

  • Select the relevant Capital Raise.

  • Go to the Committed tab.

  • Click Create allocation request to start a new allocation.

  • Add a note during the setup process.

Option 2: After an Allocation Has Been Created

  • Navigate to Investing Entities.

  • Select the investor whose allocation notes you want to add or edit.

  • Go to the Orders tab.

  • Locate the relevant allocation.

  • Click the ellipses icon (...) next to the allocation.

  • Select Edit Note to update or add to the existing note.

  • Once you have entered your note, click Confirm to save it to the allocation.
