Managing an investing entity

Effortlessly handling compliance, bank accounts, beneficial owners, and more for your investing entity

To search and access an investing entity:

  1. From the navigation pane, select "Investing Entities"

  2. Search, filter, and choose the specific entity you require. On the Investing Entity page, access compliance statuses, outstanding tasks, essential accounts, risk profiles, and more.

Click on any of the tabs provided to view and edit investing entity details. Below are the explanations for each tab:

  • Activity: View a comprehensive log of all investing entity details, notes, and documents added.

  • Tasks: Generate tasks, view tasks (both admin and investor-related), and complete tasks.

  • Documents: Gain insight into all documents, upload new ones, and manage documents linked to the investing entity. You can also toggle visibility so documents are available on the investor portal.

  • Notes: Access all existing notes, create new ones, and manage notes associated with the investing entity.

  • Accounts: Observe all connected accounts, add new ones, and manage accounts linked to the investing entity.

  • Beneficial Owners: Add, view, and manage beneficial owners.

  • Governing Docs: Review, upload, and manage agreements and other governing documents tied to the investing entity.

  • Bank Accounts: Add new and view the existing bank accounts connected to the investing entity.

  • Certificates: Examine, upload, and manage certificates (such as wholesale certificates) attributed to the investing entity.

  • Risk: Oversee and allocate risk profile rating of the investing entity.

  • Allocations: View pending allocations and status of funds against allocations.

  • Holdings: View the complete unit holdings of the investing entity.

  • Transactions: Comprehensive log of all transactions executed for the investing entity.

  • Details: Investing entity specifics, such as type, registration number, address, tax details and more. The fields on this tab may differ based on the type of investing entity.
