Managing an Investing Entity

With the Caruso Admin App, you can quickly search for, access, and manage all aspects of an investing entity. The steps below outline how to streamline your workflow and maintain clear oversight.


Step 1: Search and Access an Investing Entity

  • From the navigation pane, select Investing Entities

  • Use the search bar or apply filters to find the entity you need

  • Select the entity to open its profile


Step 2: Manage Investing Entity Details

Once inside the entity profile, you will find a set of tabs. Each tab gives you access to specific tools and information:

  • Activity: View a log of all updates, notes, and documents added to the entity

  • Tasks: Generate tasks, view both admin and investor-related tasks, and complete tasks.

  • Documents: View, upload, and manage documents. You can also toggle visibility to control what appears in the Investor Portal

  • Notes: Access, create, and manage notes associated with the investing entity.

  • Accounts: View, add, and manage all accounts connected to the investing entity

  • Related Parties: Add, view, and manage beneficial owners.

  • Governing Docs: Review, upload, and manage agreements and other governing documents tied to the investing entity.

  • Bank Accounts: Add and view bank accounts linked to the investing entity.

  • Certificates: Examine, upload, and manage certificates (such as wholesale certificates) attributed to the investing entity.

  • Risk: Oversee and allocate the risk profile rating for the investing entity.

  • Holdings: View the complete unit holdings of the investing entity.

  • Orders: View pending allocations and the status of funds against allocations.

  • Transactions: Access a comprehensive log of all transactions executed for the investing entity.

  • Details: View key details for joint individual, including their names, addresses, tax information, and other relevant fields; the information shown may vary depending on the investing entity type.
