Caruso's task management system helps you assign, track, and complete work across your team. Tasks can be assigned to specific teammates or teams, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for compliance, investor relations, and investment management activities.
How task assignment works
Tasks in Caruso can be assigned at two levels:
Team assignment — tasks assigned to a functional team for triaging, such as Investor Relations or Compliance
Teammate assignment — tasks assigned to an individual teammate
Automatic task assignment
When Caruso generates tasks automatically, they are assigned to a default team based on the task type:
Task type | Default team |
Confirm allocation request | Investor Relations |
Review buy order | Investor Relations |
Review sell order | Investor Relations |
Complete secondary market transfer | Investor Relations |
Verify bank account | Investor Relations |
Unit transfer request | Investor Relations |
Verify accreditation | Compliance |
You can reassign tasks to different teams or teammates at any time.
