To effectively handle and complete a task, find the task you wish to action. Once you locate the task, click on it to view the details. The landing page should look similar to the example below:

From here you can:
Add a note
Click the Add Note button on the top right of the page. This action opens a comment section where you can input your note before confirming it.
Edit a task
Click the ellipses button ... situated at the top right of the screen, then choose Edit. This allows you to adjust task information in a dialog box.
Mark a task as complete
Click the ellipses button ... located at the top right of the screen, then select Mark Complete.
Revert a completed task back to an in-progress state
Click the ellipses button ... at the top right of the screen, then choose Mark In Progress.
Note: this functionality is only available for tasks created by users rather than system generated tasks
Add documents
Documents can also be stored against a task using the Add document button. The documents can then be found under the Documents tab
Linking tasks
Tasks can be linked using the Related Tasks tab and selecting the Relate task button
Assigning a task
Tasks can be assigned to teams and team members either in the task using the drop down menus shown below.
Alternatively you can allocate tasks from the task menu as shown below.
All tasks created within the Caruso Admin app (follow this article to learn how to create tasks) can be marked completed. Any tasks with the type Compliance must be completed by the investor via the Investor portal.
