Accessing Your Documents

How to find, view, and download your investment documents in the Investor Portal

Written by Fahim Kaidawala

The Documents page shows the documents for all your investments in one place, across every investing entity you have access to. You can view or download a single document, or download several at once.

Note: Each document is listed once, even where it applies to more than one investing entity.

Open the Documents page

  • Log in to the Investor Portal.

  • Click Documents in the top navigation.

Understand the table

Each row is a single document. The columns are:

  • Date — the document date.

  • Title — the name of the document.

  • Investing Entity — the entity the document relates to.

  • Fund — the fund the document relates to.

  • Class — the unit class.

  • Category — the document type, for example Holding Statements, Distribution Statements, or Subscription Documents.

  • Size — the file size.

Filter and search

Use the controls at the top of the page to find a document:

  • Search by keyword using the search box.

  • Set a date range.

  • Filter by Investing Entity, Category, Fund, or Class.

View a single document

  • Click View on the document's row.

  • The document opens in a new window, where you can save it to your device.

Download several documents

  • Select the documents you want using the checkboxes on the left. To include everything that matches your filters, use Select all in the bar at the bottom of the page.

  • Click Actions, then choose the download option to save them together as a single ZIP file.

Note: You can download up to 200 documents, or 250 MB, in one action. If your selection is larger, download it in smaller batches.

Tip: To download a full year of statements, filter by date range and category, then use Select all before downloading.
