An Expression of Interest (EOI) in Caruso is a way to capture soft commitments from a prospective investor without needing a fully set-up investing entity.
To create an EOI, navigate to the relevant offer and click on the Interested tab.
Next, click on the Create expression of interest option and in the modal, search for the relevant account or prospect that you would like to allocate units to and add in their investment details.
Once created, all EOIs will visible in the Interested tab.
Unlike an allocation request, an EOI is only visible on the admin app and can be converted to an allocation once the investor is ready to commit to the investment.
