Once your account is created, it is protected with two-factor authentication (2FA). This added security step ensures that only you can access your account.
No apps or SMS required: Unlike many other 2FA systems, you do not need to install special apps or provide a phone number. Instead, a security code is sent instantly to your registered email address, the same one linked to your investor account.
Step 1: Enter Your Login Details
Go to the investor portal login page.
Enter your email address and password.
Optionally, select Remember me for 14 days to stay logged in on your current device.
Step 2: Receive Your Verification Code
After entering your login details, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit security code.
The code will be sent instantly to your registered email address.
Step 3: Check Your Email for the Security Code
Open your email inbox.
Look for an email with your security code. The email will include the code and login details for your reference.
Step 4: Enter the Security Code
Return to the investor portal.
Enter the 6-digit code from your email to complete the login process.
