You can add related parties to an investing entity directly within the Admin App. Follow the steps below to set up and manage related parties.

Step 1: Access the Investing Entity

  • In the navigation pane, select Investing Entity

  • Select the relevant investing entity.

  • Click on the Related Parties tab.

  • On the right, click the + icon to add a new related party.

Step 2: Complete the Related Party Details

  • In the Add Related Party dialogue box, select the Entity Type (e.g., Individual, Partnership, Company, or Trust).

  • The form may change depending on the selected entity type.

  • Choose the related party's relationship and enter their contact information as required by your compliance process.

  • An email address must be provided if you want to request ID verification.

  • After creating the related party: Open their record to enter full details such as date of birth, primary and secondary tax residency, mobile phone number, KYC and documents.

Note: If the related party already exists in Caruso as an account and has completed ID verification, tick the checkbox to mark them as a duplicate. This will exempt them from another ID verification process.
