In the Caruso admin app, you can create two types of notes:

  1. Account Notes: These are for documenting interactions between accounts and their fund/investment managers.

  2. Investing Entity Notes: Use these to record financial goals, investment preferences, and negotiation details for investing entities.

To create or view a note under an investing entity:

  1. Go to the "Investors" section in the navigation pane.

  2. Select "Investing Entities."

  3. Use the search bar and filters to find your desired investing entity.

  4. Click on it to open its details page, where you can add, view, edit, or delete notes.

Pro tip: In addition to the notes, the Activity tab in both the modules will also have other activity stamps such as communications, engagements and documents.

You can also add notes in both the modules from the top right of the details page as highlighted below.

These steps should help you manage notes efficiently in the Caruso admin app.
