Caruso gives investors the ability to list units for sale on the Secondary Market. Listings are created through the Investor Portal once your fund manager has enabled access.

Step 1: Create a Listing

  • Log in to your Investor Portal.

  • Go to the Portfolio tab at the top of your page.

  • In the Holdings table, select the relevant fund and click View.

Step 2: Complete the Sell Order Form

  • Click Sell at the top right of the fund’s detail page to initiate a sell order

  • Enter your asking price and the number of units you wish to sell

  • Click Review sell order to proceed

  • Carefully review all details, including:

    • Number of units

    • Your chosen investing entity

    • Any applicable fees

  • Click Confirm to submit the sell order, or Edit to make changes

Step 3: Manager Review and Listing Creation

  • Your sell order will be sent to your fund manager for review and confirmation

  • You will receive an email notification once your sell order has been received

  • The sell order will also be visible in the Orders tab

  • Once your fund manager accepts your request, a listing will be created on your behalf in the Secondary Market

  • You will receive another email notification confirming that your listing is active

To view all secondary market listings, go to the Trade tab in the Investor Portal.

Points to Remember

  • The Secondary Market for all funds is controlled by your fund manager. For questions about market availability or duration, please contact them directly.

  • All bids on your listing will be managed by your fund manager, who will keep you updated on next steps.

  • Disabling the Secondary Market removes all active listings for that fund.
