Caruso's secondary market feature enables investors to unlock liquidity and explore options to diversify their portfolio.

Once your fund manager has enabled the secondary market you will be able to view all active listings and place a bid from your investor portal.

Buy on secondary market

Access your investor portal and proceed to the 'Trade' tab. From there, you'll find all currently available secondary market listings. Click on 'View' to explore further details about a specific listing.

On the listing's detailed page, you can view fund information, assess key metrics, and make a well-informed decision.

When ready, place a buy order by entering your bid amount and selecting 'Confirm' to finalise the purchase request.

After submission, your buy order will undergo review. If your bid is successful, the fund manager will reach out to guide you through the next steps. The submitted bid will also be visible in your Portfolio tab in the Recent Orders table.

Points to remember

  • While placing a bid remember that the bid is for purchasing all advertised units in the listing.

  • If your bid has been accepted, ensure that payment is made to the fund manager from your verified bank account.

  • To withdraw a placed bid or if you require additional information to make a well-informed decision, please contact your fund manager.
