Caruso makes it easy for fund manager to create and edit fund offers and manage data rooms to attract potential investors and market their product.
To create an offer, in the navigation pane under Schemes select Offers
This will take you to the offers list page where you can track all offers across all funds and review their current status.
To create a new offer, click on Create Offer from the top right. In the offer creation page insert the required details and click Save for next steps.
You can also create an offer by navigating to the relevant Fund and then clicking on Offers tab.
After you save, a draft version of the offer will be created for you. You can now create a data room, edit the status of the offer or edit its details.
