Once an account is created, it will be protected by two-factor authentication (2FA). This additional security step helps ensure that only you can access your account, even if someone else knows your password.
Logging in is simple and requires no setup:
When you next log into your investor portal, you'll notice a new step in the login process. After entering your username and password as usual, you'll be asked to enter a 6-digit security code that we'll send directly to your email inbox.
No apps or SMS required: Unlike other 2FA systems, you won't need to download any special apps or provide a phone number for text messages. The security code arrives instantly in your email—the same email address associated with your investor account.
Making Login More Convenient
Remember me option: To make your experience smoother, you can check the "Remember me for 14 days" box when logging in. This means you won't need to enter a security code again for the next two weeks when using the same device and browser.
