There are two ways in which your password can be updated depending on if you are able to log into the portal or if you have forgotten your password. Please see both options below:
Forgotten your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, visit the login page of your fund managers portal.
Click on "Forgotten Password," enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to you via email to reset your password.
Reset your Password
To update your password through the Investor Portal, follow these steps:
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Preferences
In the Account Preferences section, go to Account Security and click the Change Password button, as shown below.
Follow the instructions sent to you via email to reset your password.
