Verifying Identity for a Beneficial Owner

Requesting contact details and sending verification requests

Once all entities in a beneficial owner structure have been loaded to the investing entity (help article here), there are a couple of actions that can be performed.

A verification request can be sent by selecting the ellipses (...), on the right hand side of the page.

A pop-up page will appear to review the client's contact details. It is important to check the mobile number and email, as the verification will be sent via text and email.

You can then select the individual and see the status of the verification under the KYC tab at any point.

What to Do if You Don't Have Contact Details for a Beneficial Owner

If you don’t have the contact details for a beneficial owner, you can request them directly from the account owner. Simply click the "Request All Contact Details" button (as shown in the example below). Once confirmed, this will send an email to the account owner asking them to provide the required information.
