Invite and manage teammates

To add, manage, or remove teammates, you need Super Admin or Full Admin access. Ensure you have these privileges before proceeding.

Invite Teammates

In the navigation pane, under the Settings tab select Teammates.

Within the Teammates screen, you will be able to see a list of all existing teammates with their details.

To add a new teammate(s), click on + Add new teammates.

In the add teammates dialog box, type in the email address of the teammate you would like to invite and click Confirm.

To invite multiple teammates in bulk, separate each email address by inserting by comma between the two.

Once confirmed, newly invited teammate(s) will receive an email invitation, to set up their accounts and gain access to Caruso's admin app. This invitation link remains valid for a duration of 7 days.

Status of teammate(s) who have not yet completed their registration via the invitation email will appear as pending.

Users must be assigned a role to access the admin app. For more details about roles and permissions, click here

Manage Teammates

To assign a role or team to newly invited teammates or update existing ones, find their name or email in the list view. Click "None" in the role/team column and choose the appropriate role or team.

Click into a Teammate to access additional details about the user.

To disable a teammate's access to the Admin app, click on ellipsis symbol(...) and select disable.

Pro tip: Once a teammate has been invited their Name will be marked with a "?". Caruso will update the name and profile photo of a teammate from their email account once registration via the invite link has been completed.
