Manage who has access to your Caruso Admin App. From the Teammates screen you can invite new users, assign roles and teams, and disable access when needed.
To add, manage, or remove teammates in Caruso, you must have Super Admin or Full Admin access. Please ensure you have these privileges before proceeding.
Inviting Teammates
In the navigation pane, select Teammates
The Teammates screen displays a list of all existing teammates and their details
To add a new teammate, click + Add new teammates
In the add teammates dialog box, enter the email address of the teammate you wish to invite and click Confirm
To invite multiple teammates in bulk, separate each email address with a comma
Example:
[email protected], [email protected]
Once confirmed, invited teammates will receive an email invitation to set up their account and access the Caruso Admin App. The invitation link is valid for 7 days.
Teammates who have not completed their registration will show as Pending in the list
Users must be assigned a role to access the Admin App. For more details, see User Roles and Permissions for Fund Managers
Managing Teammates
The Teammates screen allows you to view and manage all teammates.
To assign or update a role, use the dropdown in the Roles column
To assign or update a team, use the dropdown in the Team column
The Status column shows whether the teammate is Active or Pending
To disable a teammate’s access, click the ellipsis (...) next to their name and select Disable
Disabling a teammate immediately revokes their access to the Caruso Admin App. They will no longer be able to log in, but their account and activity history are retained rather than permanently deleted. Use this when someone leaves your organisation or no longer requires access.
Note: Disabling does not remove a teammate's past activity from your records. Any actions they previously performed remain visible in the Audit Log.
Tip: Once a teammate is invited, their name may initially appear with a “?”. Caruso automatically updates the name and profile photo from their email account after registration is completed via the invite link.
