How to Fill and Add Your E-Signature to Documents

You can easily fill and sign your documents electronically, ensuring both convenience and security. Follow the steps below based on the software you use.


For Adobe Acrobat Reader Users

  1. Open the downloaded document in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  2. Under All tools at the top-left, click on Fill and Sign.

  3. Enter the necessary information by selecting the blank text fields.

  4. Go to the Sign tab in the top-left corner and select Add signature. You can type, draw, or upload an image of your signature. Click Apply to save.

  5. Choose your saved signature from the list and insert it into the document. Drag and position the signature within the designated box.

  6. When you are finished, go to File and select Save.

Your document is now signed and ready to upload to the Investor Portal.

Note: If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free from the Adobe website.


For Mac Users (Preview App)

  1. Open the downloaded document using the Preview app.

  2. Click the Show Markup Toolbar icon at the top right.

  3. Double-click the blank fields to enter the required information.

  4. Click the Signature icon at the top-left and select Create Signature.

  5. Draw your signature on the trackpad, then select Done to save it.

  6. To insert the signature, click the signature icon again, select your signature, and drag it into the designated box.

  7. When finished, go to File and select Save.

  8. Your document is now signed and ready to upload to the Investor Portal.

Note: Mac Preview comes pre-installed on all Apple computers.


For Docusign users

  1. Click New to start a new transaction.

  2. Upload your document and check the I'm the only signer option.

  3. To add your signature, select Sign at the bottom-right and then under Fields, choose Signature.

  4. To fill in required information, click on the Text option under Fields.

  5. Drag and position your signature in the designated box.

  6. To finish, click Finish at the bottom of the page.

Note: If you do not have a DocuSign account, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial on the DocuSign website.


Additional Options

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader is available for free from the Adobe website.

  • Mac Preview is pre-installed on Apple computers.

  • Alternatively, you can e-sign your document using a compatible browser extension.
