A holding statement provides a snapshot of an investing entity’s position in a fund, including details such as the number of units held and their value. Fund managers can generate these statements at any time for record-keeping or to share with investors.
Option 1: Generate a Holding Statement from an Investing Entity
In the navigation pane, select Investing Entities
Navigate to the relevant investing entity and click on the Holdings tab
Scroll right to locate the ellipsis (...) icon, then click it
Select Holding Statement from the dropdown
The statement will be generated and saved to your download folder
Option 2: Generate a Holding Statement from a Fund
In the navigation pane, select Funds
Navigate to the relevant fund to open the Holdings tab
Scroll right to the ellipsis (...) icon next to the holding, then click it
Select Holding Statement from the dropdown
The statement will be generated and saved to your download folder
Tip: Holding statements generated this way are one-off downloads. If you need to create bulk investor statements, you can do this via the Statements module. Full instructions are available in the article How to Generate Adhoc or Bulk Investor Statements.
